1. How long does delivery take?

We dispatch all UK orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 1–2 days after dispatch. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days, please contact us.

2. Is delivery free?

Yes, delivery is free on all UK orders.

3. Can I return an item?

Yes! You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

4. What condition must the items be in to return?

Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

5. How do I start a return?

Email us at sales@glenappin.shop with your order number, and we’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label.

6. When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

7. What if my item is damaged or wrong?

8. Do you ship outside the UK?

At the moment, we only ship within the UK. International shipping will be added soon.
