UK Delivery

Free Standard Delivery
All UK orders come with free standard delivery. We typically use Whistl, who will select the most efficient courier partner to deliver your parcel. -
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
A confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped. (Please check your junk/spam folder just in case.) -
Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1–2 working days. Delays may occur during peak periods. -
Delivery Partners
To provide the best delivery service, we may share your email or phone number with our delivery partners so they can send you tracking updates via SMS or email. -
Packaging

Larger items (e.g. bags) are shipped in boxes.

Smaller items may be sent in protective mail bags.

Missed Deliveries or Delays
If you have not received your parcel within 10 days of placing your order, please email us at sales@glenappin.shop and we’ll investigate promptly. -
Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday only.

Orders placed after 7 PM (GMT) Friday or during weekends/bank holidays will ship the next working day.

International Delivery
At this time, we only deliver to customers within the United Kingdom.
