Warranty Policy

At Glen Appin of Scotland, we’re committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. While many of our items are not covered by a store-issued warranty, some products do include a manufacturer’s guarantee.

We believe in being transparent so you know exactly what to expect before you buy.


Store Warranty

We do not offer a general store warranty on all products. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, your purchase will be covered by our Refund and Returns Policy only.


Manufacturer’s Warranty

Certain items—such as Glen Appin–branded goods—come with a 9-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This covers defects in materials or workmanship and applies only to the original purchaser.

What’s Covered:

  • Faults in materials or workmanship

What’s Not Covered:

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse or improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear

Under this warranty, qualifying items will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion. Refunds are not issued under the manufacturer’s warranty.


How to Check if Your Product Has a Warranty

If a product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, this will be stated in the product description at the time of purchase.


Making a Warranty Claim

  2. Provide your order number, a clear description of the fault, and photos or videos showing the issue.

  3. We will review your claim and advise you on the next steps, including return instructions if applicable.


Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
